**** DAYLIGHT SAVING starts when clocks go forward by 1 hour at 2am on 29 September 2019 i.e. it's an hour earlier than usual.

An extremely pretty coastal track, with a couple of gentle hills, that winds its way through well established native foreshore forest and along the sands with many native sea birds foraging as the tide ebbs. So bound to be opportunity for nice photos.
We've added some extra tracks up the estuary and other tracks to do first so we catch the tides right, low tide at approximately 2.05pm, to make a decent day of it.
Trail shoes or running shoes (you don't mind getting a tiny bit dirty) will be fine.
We will pass historic Windross House at Cockle Bay before heading into an inland bush track.
