Back up - Takapuna to Hillcrest parks

Just in case the weather is against us doing the Nikau Caves on Sunday, this is plan B. 

Taking in every park, tracks and decent sized bush areas, that isn't closed with Kauri Dieback around Takapuna, Hillcrest, Northcote & Birkenhead return in a big squiggly loop.    

The aim as usual is to get as many of the group as possible over new ground.  

It's 23kms in total, and only 409 metres in total elevation, so shouldn't be a hard day.  

Running shoes or trail shoes will be fine.  
PLEASE ENSURE ALL YOUR GEAR IS CLEAN AS WE ARE PASSING THE EDGE OF KAURI'D AREAS.  PLEASE CLEAN YOUR GEAR AFTERWARDS & HAVE A CHANGE OF SHOES FOR AFTER.   Thank you!!
