Shakespear Regional Park is an open sanctuary located at the tip of the Whangaparaoa Peninsula, north of Auckland. As well as the sweeping views, this predator-free sanctuary is home to a number of native birds and reptiles.

This tramp includes a mixture of coastal, farm and bushwalking within and around this park.

Shoes or boots with good grip are recommended as the flat rock shelves around the coast can be slippery when wet.

Low tide is at 12:44pm.

If you need a pickup from Silverdale, please RSVP/register via the website, or let the organiser know directly.   Registration is not required if leaving from Takapuna, or meeting the bus in the park.
