Please bring a plate to share.\n  Join us for an 8.00 am start to avoid the crowds\, secure a carpark and avoid the late-afternoon heat. With low tide at 5.58 am\, we’ll enjoy the stunning views across the clifftops\, which are now starting to be covered by all the planted trees\, growing noticeably taller in certain areas.\n\n  Being the middle of summer\, running shoes or trail shoes (or tramping boot) will be fine for this tramp. A couple more bits will be added for variety. Don’t forget to bring your phone or camera and swimming gear for a swim afterwards at another beach. Please ensure you have plenty of water.
